  • 4 turkey necks

Instructions:

  1. Season the turkey necks with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  2. In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium-high heat. Brown the turkey necks on all sides, about 5 minutes total.
  3. Transfer the turkey necks to a slow cooker.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté the onion and garlic until softened, about 5 minutes.
  5. Add the carrots and celery and cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. Add the diced tomatoes, chicken broth, thyme, and rosemary. Bring to a boil.
  7. Pour the mixture over the turkey necks in the slow cooker.
  8. Cook on low for 6 hours.
