  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup cooked ham, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 4 equal squares.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the ham, cheese, green onions, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  4. Place about 1/4 cup of the mixture on one half of each square.
